This new cafe is a welcome addition to the already wonderful attractions in Chase County, Kansas. It is just newly opened and offers full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus seven days a week. The interior is open and fresh with an emphasis on the Flint Hills and the cowboy contribution to the area. We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and the food is always excellent and the service is outstanding. We are most happy to welcome the Chuck Wagon Cafe to Chase County, and we're looking forward to many great times and great meals there.
Green chili stew and hand-cut french fries. Good food, good staff. I'll be back.
I ordered the chicken fried steak, mash potatoes with gravy and green beans. Very good flavor and portion. Service was friendly and in a timely manner. Will return.
This place captures the feel of the Flint Hills, with the locally sourced and inspired art. Our waitress was wonderful and the biscuits and gravy were delicious, and I especially loved the hash browns.
The chicken fingers and fries with gravy were really good! The pie was amazing! Will definitely come back to this place and recommend!
